Pros (+) Pros: Nice hotel, great location, good price and friendly staff. Cons: Internet WiFi worked the first night and was down for the remaining eight nights. The hotel didn't provide an explanation of the problem or appear concerned with fixing it. Major inconvenience.

Pros (+) Location to restaurants is good but not close to the business centers.
Cons (-) Check in staff was a nightmare. They could not find my online reservation despite me showing them the confirmation on my phone and made me wait a half hour at the desk while they called their boss to see what to do. It was late and I was tired after an all night flight. The proper thing would have been to give me a key and figure it out later on their own.
