Pros (+) Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking under carport in front of room was nice and it was easy access on and off the freeway. I will return.

Pros (+) Good location for where I needed to go in town during my visit. Great value. The staff were friendly and professional, and the room (I was in a 1 king room) was clean and comfortable. Outside noise is nearly non-existent (especially considering how conveniently close it is to Interstate 5). Superb water pressure.
Cons (-) The parking spots directly in front of the rooms aren't the most friendly to larger vehicles. While the room is great, it is a bit small. Also, while the location is good, it is on a one-way street, which can make getting back from certain places confusing and/or cumbersome to new visitors. These are minor details, however; I would definitely recommend this place, especially for the price.
Pros (+) Believe the ratings. Especially for such a low price it was a very pleasant and clean room. I'll stay there again if I happen to be in the area.

Cons (-) The room was cold, poorly lit, slightly grimy feeling. After all the great reviews, we were really surprised. We could not bring ourselves to stay there. Try the Homewood Suites down the street, an excellent value.
