Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city and access restaurants, shops, and attractions. The service and staff received high marks for being friendly, attentive, and helpful, with valet parking frequently mentioned as a convenience. However, several guests noted issues with cleanliness, particularly in the pool and some rooms, as well as aging amenities and facilities. Room sizes were sometimes described as small or dark, and some felt the hotel did not meet five-star expectations. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's charm, historical character, and overall atmosphere were appreciated by many.
