Very nice place to stay in would go back again
Switching rooms with ease. Early check in was AWESOME AND APPRECIATED. The manager handled my payment change very confidently, although it was stated upon booking. Always a smile from the staff.
Locating the entrance was not accommodating at all. The employee didn't look at the comments upon checking out about how I wanted to pay my bill. But was courteous.
A great last minute find
The rooms are huge and the bed was comfortable. Everything looked clean, we had a great view of the fireworks for the 4th of July from our room, and the front desk was always warm, friendly, and helpful.
We got a loud knock on our door at 9 am which woke us up and before we could respond someone was opening up the door and coming in the room! We yelled we were in there and the person apologized and walked back out. It was housekeeping. When my boyfriend headed downstairs the maid was cleaning the opposite room already. We felt rushed to get out of the room even though checkout wasn't until 11. When we left the room at 10:30 the maid immediately walked in the room after us and started cleaning. I stopped at the front desk and asked if this was normal protocol and the front desk attendant said it was since we hadn't put a "do not disturb" sign on our door. I was not impressed with the wake up I received. I appreciate the job the cleaning crew does here because it showed everywhere, but they seemed rude and like they were trying to get us out of the hotel.
Price and convenience
New mattresses badly needed. Pillows were too firm and high. High traffic railroad tracks were nearby.
I didn't like walking around the corner to see the night cashier sitting in a chair across from the counter looking at porn on his tablet. What he does on his time is his business but when you are at work have some class. I also didn't like picking up my child's cup off of the floor to find a lot of sun flower seeds under the bed, and we don't eat them. I wouldn't let my youngest be on the floor. The overall look was very dated and dirty and the night porn watcher just made it feel even dirtier. I will not ever be staying there again.
Very friendly staff and great breakfast.
Vending Machine super old school and pool was kind of cold. They also didn't have an elevator for hauling all our stuff to the second floor.
Great breakfast. Nice pool.
Needed clean sheets and shower curtain. Room was dusty.
