Guest opinions about this hotel are polarized. Many guests highlighted the excellent location, especially its proximity to the train station and city center. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, particularly at reception, were frequently praised and made guests feel welcome. However, several reviews reported negative experiences with service, including poor check-in procedures, unresponsive or rude staff, and issues with management. Cleanliness and value for price were also criticized by some guests, with mentions of dirty rooms, maintenance problems, and a mismatch between expectations and reality.
