Cons: Bed too hard, had a sleepless night so much we left a night early. Disappointed that whilst I was using the bathroom there was workmen going up the fire escape, luckily I closed the blinds, wasn't expecting that. 9.0 Excellent
Pros: Warm response from the owner, comfortable and spacious room, great bed, good bathroom and very tasty breakfast. Angus was also very kind with his recommendations for dining, directions and gave us some banana bread for our travels
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Angus was very helpful with his local knowledge of this island, directing us to some beautiful areas. He accommodated to our every need and made us feel very comfortable. The guest house is very cosy with stunning views. The room was very modern and decorated to theme the island, the room had extra blankets, fresh towels, modern television with all channels and a multi functional charging cable to charge all electronic devices. The bathroom is provided with fresh flannels daily and plush bath mats for our use. The guest house is spotlessly clean. The grounds are well kept. There is plenty of information in our room for activites, eateries and points of interest. There is also lots of personal bits added throughout I.e, dog station, binoculars on the window sill to explore the views and maps displayed. Would definitely stay here again.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was huge, lots of space to unpack and prepare for adventures on Skye. The bed was comfy. The wifi was strong. Even though you are sharing the house with 2 other rooms we felt seperate and private in our room. Good shower in a clean bathroom. We only had the salmon and scrambled eggs for breakfast but that is because it was so good, the best salmon I've ever had. There is a very nice pub 3min drive away (Uig hotel) which has great food and you can watch the sun set with a local beer in their garden.
Cons: The light in the hallway was sometimes left on by another guest and therefore shone through the frame of the door, it was just a bit irritating. Maybe a timer would solve this. Loud piping so you know if somebody is using the bathroom late at night. The price is on the limit of what I think it is worth, but it is on the far side of Skye.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Confortable and clean room, very friendly and helpfull host and great location for discovering skye island
7.5 Good
Pros: Fantastic stay, comfortable, beautiful room and view, extremely clean and helpful host. Would highly recommend!
Cons: Nothing.

Cons: The mattress was to soft for me, but apart that everything is up to standards.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable and very clean. Our room was large and well-furnished. Really nice mattress. Angus made a great breakfast every morning and gave us helpful tips about sites and places to eat.
Cons: Sharing a bathroom isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, but it worked out ok.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very welcoming host, extremely accommodating and generous. Lots of information and advice to help us make the best of our stay and directions to good restaurants, not all at rip off prices for average food. No problem at all recommending Angus's excellent B&B.
Cons: Can't fault it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our host Angus was very good. He made us welcome and let us know of any tourist places. The breakfasts were terrific. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The cottage had great character and our room was very spacious.
Cons: It was all great.

Pros: Room was comfortable

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely loved the place!!! Food was exceptional, the room was cosy and staff couldn't do enough. Thank you to everyone for making our engagement week magical. :)
8.0 Excellent
Cons: bathroom was a bit tight between the toilet and the lav. Everything nice, clean and in excellent shape! Staff excellent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wow, probably the nicest accommodation we had during our 10 day trip around Scotland. The room was beautiful, with a great view out over the water. Everything was perfect.
Cons: It was very expensive. We normally wouldn't have splurged to that extent but it was a last minute booking and we really wanted to see the Isle of Skye. There just wasn't anything else available in the budget range. Word of warning, Skye is really popular and high season lasts longer than elsewhere. You should book well ahead.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable room and bathroom.
Cons: Slow service in the dining room. Evidently new waiters somewhat clumsy. Information folder was out of date. We thought this hotel, in which we have stayed previously, was slipping in quality.
7.9 Good
Pros: Nice b&b but pricey.
Cons: Expensive. Off the beaten path.
7.0 Good
Pros: Lovely food including very good 5-course dinner menu and good choice of breakfast. The staff were all excellent, very hard working and always with a cheery and helpful temperament.
Cons: We were upgraded to room with se view, very nice, but much smaller than the 'more expensive' rooms that i have stayed in at other hotels. Small bathroom, OK for us but larger-build people might struggle.
7.9 Good
Pros: The bed was comfortable. The room had a good size and nice views. A good choice for breakfast with local products. Free room upgrade due to our Genius account that was nice.
Cons: It was a bit difficult to close the room door which could be annoying. The duvet for the bed was too small (right on the edge). We had the eggs royal for breakfast and the eggs were overcooked (the yolk was hard) which was a shame.

Pros: The lady who met us , I am sorry I can’t remember her name was very friendly and delightful... wonderful sense of humour and most willing to answer our questions ..
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room is actually a great size and more than adequate for our party of 4. The room aswell as having a door to the main building also had it's own front door entrance with own parking space as it is an extension to the main property this was really good and would be ideal for guest who are disabled. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was more than enough to set you up for the day. Would definitely recommend.
Cons: The door to our room was right of the breakfast room and initially a little hard to close and lock due to the carpet grip getting stuck in the door but managed to sort it after abit of fiddling... no key to lock this door just a latch lock.
6.7 Good
Pros: Breakfast was great Lovely staff and opposite a coop/ supermarket
Cons: The mattresses weren’t great Value for money - expensive for what it was Needed a bar fridge ideally
6.7 Good

Cons: Cramped bedroom layout with low ceilings. Location: street noise late into the night.

Pros: handy location with co-op opposite spacious family room
Cons: squeaky metal bunk bed frame average cooked breakfast
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast. Welcoming staff. Super comfy bed. Supermarket across the road.
Cons: Would say it's a bit too expensive / not best value for your money. Shower in a cabinet and sink outside the bathroom.
10.0 Excellent

7.5 Good
Pros: Excellent breakfast, independent entrance and parking space.
Cons: Bathroom rug was missing and breakfast room was very cold and no heating was turned on.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Owner was great and very welcoming (we were getting in late and she made sure to leave a note explaining everything and made sure we were settled. Our Bed was the Most comfortable Bed of our trip!! After a few nights of hard beds this was an amazing surprise and it was so comfy we got amazing sleep! The breakfast was also very tasty and delicious. We would definitely stay there again!
Cons: No Complaints
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast, very convenient location as a springboard for visiting the area, near the loch and shopping centre across the road. Very nice, friendly host and we enjoyed chatting to her. The surrounding Skye environment is absolutely stunning!
Cons: Rather cramped, headroom limited and no reading lamp for one of the beds. Narrow staircase to top floor which made it a bit of a struggle to get luggage up there. The place was a bit stuffy, with food smells wafting up the stairs.

Pros: Hotel looked and felt fresh and clean.
Cons: Menu wasn't changed daily for evening meals. as a result my wife who is a vegetarian (and doesn't like mushrooms!) choice was very limited.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Outstanding location adjacent to Broadford Bay. This historic hotel has lots of character and charm, as well as the best dinners we had anywhere in Scotland. Not to miss is the signature drambuie!
Cons: The room was clean when we checked in, but minimal cleaning was done the second day. When the maid has the day off, the waiters clean the rooms in addition to serving breakfast, lunch & dinner and manning the reception!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The lady who served us at breakfast made sure everything was perfect, my bacon was just as I like it and there was a lovely selection on the menu to choose from
Cons: Theres nothing not to like everything is perfect
8.3 Excellent
Cons: The dining room was a bit clinical, would been nice if the fire had been lit or a few candles on the tables would have made a huge difference
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Our rental car broke down on the peninsula drive. We had no cell phone signal. A tour bus gave us a 37 mile ride back to the Broadford where we had reservations for the night. Most inns would have said ,"That's too bad." Everyone a the Broadford did whatever they could to help us remedy our dilemma. They went far beyond their duty. The inn was comfortable. The custom cooked breakfast was delicious.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I loved everything about this hotel, it was clean, the bed was so comfortable I didnt want to get out. The food was delicious, lovely helpful staff and the little tray in the room with soft drinks is a lovely touch. I cant wait to go back.
Cons: My only minor fault was that there wasnt a dressing table in the room,, there wasnt anywhere to sit to do my hair and make up.

Pros: Staff was awesome. We did not have phone/internet access. The staff at the front desk got online and got the information we needed. Very helpful and was appreciated.
7.5 Good
Pros: The hotel itself are very clean and stylish. Lovely location and most of the stuff were lovely.
Cons: Well I have very mixed feelings about this place, on one hand it's absolutely lovely hotel with nice guy and lady at reception. On the other hand the guy from the bar was really rude to me, I don't want to go into details about it. In addition, when we had dinner my husband had steak pie and it was cold and the next day at breakfast i ordered smoked salmon option and salmon was off so i leave it on the plate. That was my experience. It's a lot of positive reviews about this place and as I said the room was so clean and cosy, just couple of other things put me off.
