Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel for its spacious rooms, excellent and varied onsen baths, and friendly staff. Many enjoyed the beautiful views and convenient location, especially near the lake. Cleanliness and overall comfort were also highlighted. Some guests noted outdated facilities, limited food variety, and occasional issues with amenities, but the positives generally outweighed the negatives.
