Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location, with several finding it close to key attractions or their destinations. However, there were widespread complaints about cleanliness, with many mentioning dirty rooms, stained bedding, and unclean bathrooms. Service was also a major concern, as guests reported inattentive or unhelpful staff, issues with communication, and problems with amenities like air conditioning and housekeeping. Breakfast was another point of dissatisfaction, with guests noting its absence, lack of value, or limited availability. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and breakfast offerings.
