Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's exceptional location within Nara Park, describing it as magical, peaceful, and ideal for connecting with nature and Japanese traditions. The service and hospitality from staff were frequently highlighted as warm, attentive, and going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Breakfasts and dinners were often described as exquisite and a highlight of the experience, though a few guests found the food too traditional or not to their taste. Spacious rooms and authentic Japanese design were appreciated, but some guests noted issues with value for price, mentioning high costs and, in rare cases, dissatisfaction with room amenities or food quality. Overall, the majority of reviews reflect a highly positive experience, especially regarding location, service, and traditional atmosphere.
