Cons (-) I was bitten behind the ear by a tick while in the bed then had another one on me after the first one was discovered. I didn't get much sleep because I was worried about bugs all night. I took pictures of the bite and kept the bug to take down to the front desk only to have them tell us we were lying. Ridiculous !!!!
