I requested more pillows because the two provided were insufficient. They never arrived. Pros (+) Clean, relatively quite location, safe. Walking distance from several excellent restaurants.
Cons (-) Wifi never worked very well in my room. The signal was just too weak. I always had to go to the hallway to send/receive emails. Their technical support tried to help over the phone, but with no luck. Overall, the hotel was very nice, but may not be a good choice if you need Wifi.

Cons (-) The box spring had no skirt. The ceiling had multiple holes in the plaster. The carpet was torn up in spots. The sheets were stiff. The bathroom had a hole punched into the ceiling tiles to expose the sprinkler. The room looked very dingy.
