Wonderful
Sunny, Sept 2018
Pros (+) The hotel is just one block off canal, so it’s not in the crazy foot traffic.
Cons (-) A little hard to get to at first because it’s on a one way narrow street. Easy to miss the street

Pros (+) Restaurant access
Cons (-) No one available for valet parking and no bellman. Yet, you can charge for this. Person at front desk upon check in was rude and could have cared less. Also, if I would have known that my room would have not had any windows, I would have gone elsewhere.

Pros (+) The inside of the building is very beautiful and the bathroom was amazing. Bed was comfy and staff was very kind and inviting.
Cons (-) NO WINDOWS in some of the rooms, and half of the outlets didn't work.

Pros (+) Good location
Cons (-) Indifferent staff, mildewy smell covered up by perfume, dark room, noisy air conditioning, dark room. You can do much better.

Poor

Pros (+) The location was alright, within walking distance to the French Quarter. The rooms had vaulted ceiling and were really well decorated. Kcup machines in each room for mornings. Bathroom and sheets were clean.
Cons (-) The building and more specifically our room smelled so bad of mold that we tried to get our room moved. They wouldn't move our room and wouldn't refund any money so we couldn't check out and leave. A week since staying here and I am still suffering from acute bronchitis, myself and every one of my friends who stayed in my room have the same illness. Our sink leaked constantly and soaked the carpet...

Pros (+) Location; charm
Cons (-) No windows!!! Poor lighting; old; not enough outlets and the one in the bathroom didn't work for my plug; not a great ambience; small beds if sharing; no fan in bathroom.

Pros (+) Nice and dark. Super comfy. Convenient to all NoLa has to offer. When I return to New Orleans, I will return to the Pelham.

Pros (+) Wonderful historic hotel. We chose a small interior room as we never planned to spend much time in the room. Without windows though, it was easy to oversleep so I recommend setting an alarm. The bed was comfortable. The room had everything we needed: iron, coffee, refrigerator, toiletries and blow dryer.
Cons (-) Leftovers in the fridge from previous guest. No bar in the hotel - we knew that going in but we found ourselves saying that it would have been nice.
