The room was nice and big separated sitting area
Communication was terrible called ahead to make sure the pool was open never mentioned needed to reserve a time. Tried to check in twice no rooms available after 3 waiting they still never said anything about reserving a pool time no times available
Big rooms, beautiful bed linens and lots of pillows.
Full breakfast was limited because of COVID restrictions, but signally wrap items was adequate. Good coffee.
The location is excellent. You are surrounded by shopping, restaurants, and right off the interstate.
Nice staff but understaffed and undersupplied. We stayed here mostly for the pool and it was in VERY poor condition. Tiles missing off the pool wall, as well as algae growing on the pool lights. Scheduled pool cleaning was nonexistent.
I was coming from another hotel, I had a newborn and a toddler. I was very stressed and to the hotel staff was absolutely excellent about me checking in at 10:30 at night.
I am not a fan of the grab and go breakfast
pool and hot tub closed with no call,$20 extra fee once we got there,no hot breakfast just grab and go, they put me on the first floor for the headlights to come through the window when people arrived
Parked my vehicle on side of hotel and at 4am someone broke into my pickup and then stole the new pickup that was on my trailer. The Holiday Inn Express security camera was not working on the side of the building where the theft occurred.
Absolutely filthy and reaked of pot . The pool was closed and there was no hot breakfast. The breakfast was awful .
The staff was very friendly.
There was an incident where people got stuck in the elevators so we had to walk the stairs multiple times while we were there. The fire department rescued the people but it was very traumatic for the little girl and the kids around.
