Pros (+) We rented a room 2 nights before our reservation. I never expected to find lodging, but Inn 32 had an opening. We had arrived at about 10pm to check in. Turned the heat up and went to bed. We woke up to a floor that was saturated with water. The roof had a leak I guess. We dealt with the wet floor and the musty smell because all we were doing was sleeping in this room.
