Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and the spaciousness of some rooms, as well as features like kitchenettes and comfortable beds. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness concerns, such as odors, stained carpets, and general lack of upkeep. Service was generally described as neutral, with some positive mentions of friendly staff but also complaints about recurring issues like malfunctioning room keys. Overall, while the hotel offers good value and room size, improvements in cleanliness and maintenance are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
