Pros (+) The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Cons (-) Room needed to be a little cleaner. I talked to management about it and they will look into who cleaned the room.

Pros (+) Staff was friendly, the room was larger than I expected it to be. Very quiet place and very relaxing.
Cons (-) We couldn't get the stove to work, not a big deal though. The room we were in had hard flooring as opposed to carpet, this made walking around after a hot shower very interesting as the floor got slippery from the steam. It sounded like someone above us spent 4 hours vacuuming the same room, again not a big deal if anything we got a good laugh out of it, some people may find it annoying though.
