Cons (-) bathroom smelled bad. overall hotel needs a refurbishments. we just used it to stay a few hours while on lay over... still, I wouldn´t stay there for the price paid.
Pros (+) Very accommodating and helpful. Great place to crash in Papeete for a few nights. Snort walk to everywhere :)
