Most guests appreciated the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and excellent swimming pools, especially for families with children. Many reviews highlighted the variety and quality of food, though some noted repetitive options and low-quality drinks. The cleanliness of the hotel and daily room service were frequently mentioned as positives. However, several guests expressed disappointment with outdated rooms, small room sizes, and the need for renovations. Some found issues with bathroom odors, lack of in-room amenities like internet, and poor value for price.
