Many reviewers highlight the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the overall cleanliness of the rooms and facilities. The hotel is frequently described as offering excellent value for money, with several guests returning for repeat stays. However, some negative comments mention noise issues, particularly due to poor soundproofing, and a few isolated complaints about service and breakfast quality.
