Pros (+) First and foremost, it was the people that really made this a great stay for us. Everyone was very kind and made getting in and out with our car and luggage really simple, which can be difficult in Piran. Also, we received wonderful recommendations during our stay, as well as some really good ideas on what to do on our trip to Bled. Room had incredible view. Best location.
Cons (-) The room was pretty tiny, not that we spent a ton of time there. Overall, could be ready for some slight updating. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest I've ever seen, but far from the dirtiest. Elevator only goes to 4, so if you're on 5 you have to walk up an awkward little staircase with your luggage. No big deal for us, but might be for some.
