Pros: Impossible to get a hold of them. The junior suite is just like any other regular hotel room I've stayed in. Nothing special and very frustrating experience. The only good thing is the location. No view but within walking distance to the pier.

Pros: The location was the one redeeming quality of this hotel. We were able to walk into downtown Pismo and to the beach within 5 minutes. The bed was also comfortable.

Cons: This place is in desperate need of upkeep and renovation. There was chipped paint on our walls and the shower was rusty and had hard water buildup. The furniture was very dusty. The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything.
