Pros (+) The hotel is on a very nice property with lots of stuff to do.
Cons (-) The bathrooms need to be updated. Also, there were no washcloths. It is out of the way of everything else that Ponce has to offer.
Pros (+) Views terrific. Good facility given location. Have to either like golf or need a place to stay on the southern part of the island. Best find for Ponce. Tourist taxes in PR are the killer. Rate quoted far less than reality.
Pros (+) Very friendly and helpful staff and good restaurants; well-kept grounds and pools. Would be a great place for a family with kids!

Pros (+) The pillows were plush and the bedding was comfortable. Toiletries and bathroom/shower were great.
Cons (-) The door to the room didn't shut completely - had to push very hard. Called guest services several times asking for the A/C to be fixed - it didn't work properly. Maintenance came but left due to an "emergency" and never returned. Also asked the TV to be fixed as it continued to shut itself off. This was not fixed either. Incredibly disappointed with the lack of A/C and non-working television and ...
