The pool was large and warm with a hot tub connected. There was a spacious and complimentary room for our hockey team to relax in. The staff were very responsive and professional.

The Doubletree exceeded my expectations from start to finish. We were welcomed by Tricia, with the offer of delicious warm chocolate chip cookies, and she checked once we had reached our room to ensure everything was right with our room. Cons (-) Noise level being that it sits directly under the Blue Water Bridge and directly off the water were lots of freighters pass by blowing their loud horns. Then again, I didn't mind it personally. It gave the trip character. But if my goal was to sleep in, this would not have been a good choice.
