The hallway carpeting was very old and very worn out. The website says there is a shuttle - we booked this hotel because we thought a shuttle would be beneficial to us. The shuttle is not running but the website was not updated. We would have booked downtown in walking distance to restaurants and such had we known.

Pros (+) It was clean, friendly staff, free hot and cold breakfast, 10 minutes away from downtown Portsmouth, free parking, indoor pool, exercise facility, minutes away from I-95, a food market around the corner if you forgot anything, about 12 minutes to Kittery ME.
Cons (-) It was a good hotel.
