Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access key attractions and public transport. The service and staff friendliness received positive remarks, as did the spacious and comfortable rooms. However, some guests expressed concerns about cleanliness, with reports of unclean bedding and bathrooms. The comfort of the beds and the size of the rooms were generally appreciated. A few reviews mentioned that the hotel’s furnishings were dated and in need of renovation, and some guests found the lack of air conditioning problematic during hot weather. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially regarding location and staff.
