Pros (+) I truly enjoyed the unit that I stayed in. Totally fabulous!
Cons (-) The check-in and checkout process was not only extremely long, it was totally unorganized. Then the pool identification and towel process is a lot of waisted energy. Finally after a long day, around 8:30pm I went to the hot tub, and I was so disappointed. The hot tub isn’t hot at all, warm yes, but not hot.
