Overall, guests highlight the exceptional and friendly service provided by the hotel staff, often mentioning their professionalism and willingness to help. The hotel's central location is appreciated for its convenience to restaurants and city attractions. Cleanliness is generally well rated, with several guests noting clean rooms and common areas. Comfortable beds and a decent breakfast buffet are also positively mentioned. However, there are repeated complaints about the lack of air conditioning, small or outdated rooms, noise, and a small pool, which detract from some guests' experiences.
