Cons (-) The reason for less than great rating: the hidden fees. You will be charged an extra $35 extra a night. There is no way around it. This is not an honest way to do business and it unfortunately leaves a lasting impression.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Manhattan and public transportation, as well as the beautiful views from the rooms and rooftop. Many also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. However, several guests complained about excessive noise from the rooftop bar, nightclubs, and ongoing renovations, which affected their comfort and sleep. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some noting clean rooms and others mentioning dirty common areas. The overall atmosphere was lively but sometimes chaotic due to parties and construction.AI-generated from customer reviews
