Cons: This flight was terrible - the plane was absolutely ancient and felt so dirty, completely unfomfortable and lacking any modern amenities, and was so freezing cold that crew had to find us extra comforters to warm us. Food beyond bad. United is usually much better than this.

Pros: Got in early

Cons: Old plane, inattentive crew, wireless entertainment did not work; heavy baggage fell on my head as passenger yanked open a luggage compartment.

Pros: Boarding was swift, seat was fine, service was pleasant, flight was uneventful.

Cons: Entertainment system was a tiny, pixelated screen playing a few movies on loop. Felt like it was 20 years old. Food was fine, but the pre-landing snack was a very greasy, ham and cheese on pretzel roll sandwhich.

Pros: Check-in at Heathrow T2 staff were excellent and very helpful.

Cons: Price of a small mug of coffee £3.85 and it wasn’t even Starbucks it was a machine at the weatherspoon’s!

Cons: Very little room amongst the seats. Tiny armrests and little room to move in your seat without disturbing the neighbor. No entertainment

Cons: Food. No choice, three "madeleine" (sweet) cookies for all, no sugar-free (salty) alternative...

Pros: The seats were much more comfortable then my last flight. The entertainment system was also updated from the 1980’s remote and cord ones on my flight from DC to Paris.

Cons: There was no food between the two meals on an 8 hour flight. I had a flight attendant rudely tell me that there is nothing to offer until the next meal. No one reached out to me about the horrible flight and comments I made from the last flight.

Pros: Crew attentive. The delay was due to airport conditions in FCO, cannot be blamed on Air France.

Cons: Food. For a 2-hour plus flight, from 11am to 1:30pm, we got 20gr pretzel sticks. This is ridiculous. Don't pretend you are not low-cost! Formerly, before the Joon failed (thank God) venture, Air France had real sandwiches around that time of the day on that line.

Pros: It is great that they give every person a blanket and pillow on boarding. Flight was nice and dark. The flanges that pull down on either side of the headrest to lean your head into are genius.

Cons: Flight was late and announcements were not understandable over the PA. While I understand that seats are made for the "average passenger" and at 5'2" I am on the very low end of that, seat was very uncomfortable with a metal bar higher than the seat cushion poking forward where the cushion met the seatback. The temperature was extremely variable and when my seat mates who did not speak English very well tried to flag a flight attendant down to get an extra blanket, the flight attendants actively ignored them, so I hit my assistance button and my light went on, then after some time it went off again without our being helped so I hit it again about 10 minutes later and my light went on again but was again ignored. Then the attendants started selling things from the flight magazine and looked the other way as they went by my hopeful beacon. When they finally did get to me, I got a curt "I'll see if there is anything I can do" and she went off, returning 5 minutes later with one blanket when there were two people. Later on I saw her give blankets to others, and I found that strange.

Cons: The whole weight limit got me as I didn't realize it includes your personal item. After meticulously measuring my carry on i was quite crushed to still have to pay 40 pounds for the overage.

Cons: We were diverted to Dulles because of weather, which is no one' fault, of course. We were assured on the flight that there would be buses ready to take us to New York or accommodation for us if the roads were too dangerous. We went through immigration and were greeted by a resounding silence on the part of Norwegian. No representative, no message, no announcement, no luggage, which we STILL have not received a week later. All efforts to get in touch with Norwegian were fruitless. Never, never, never will I give them my business again.

Pros: The plane went up and came back down

Cons: The plane we received was not a Norwegian plane, the food was terrible and there was limited drink service provided. Also, there was limited entertainment with most movies very old. The door for luggage was frozen shut and took over 2 hours to stop luggage with no communication. Overall a negative experience and will never fly this airline again.

Pros: The gentleman at the check out his name was Omar went over and above the call of duty for Customer Service me being an American he walked me through each step of using flybe via air France and paying for checking my bags and even the carry on luggage and getting me through security etc.

Cons: The seats weren’t very comfortable. You could tell the plane was a little dated. There was no WiFi and nowhere to charge your devices.

Cons: I asked for an upgrade as we are on our honeymoon. The ground staff only wanted to get us on the plane and not try in anyway to recognize us. Our seats were very poor quality, you should immediately replace them! I would have rather stood than sit on the flight. The in flight entertainment is so poor. Absolutely disappointing especially with the head sets not working because of poor ports of connection. The food was absolutely tragic. You should fire your catering company. I expect more from your airline and I was disappointed all the way through. I hope you can provide my wife and I better service and an upgrade when we fly back to Washington DC on Flight AF 0054 from CDG to IAD. I work in the luxury hotel sector, and even the door men and room attendants have more autonomy to wow our guests. Flying AF does not want me to spend any more money with your airline in the future.
