Pros (+) Good value for the money. Front desk guy was awesome.
Cons (-) Handle of the bathroom faucet was not secured and would fall into the sink easily.
Pros (+) If you are visiting the MN correctional facility next door, its got great proximity! They have a super dirty pool! So crappy you won't want to stay there, will be quick to bed and early to rise, you'll surely be disappointed.
Cons (-) There is literally nothing good say about this place, arguably one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. Bugs, gross smell, peeling paint, had to double check room for cleanliness and bed bugs. Sticky floor, rooms all reeked of cigarettes (even though it was non-smoking), shotty A/C & Heater.
