Most guests praised the hotel's beautiful location, scenic views, and tranquil atmosphere. The pools were frequently highlighted as a positive feature, with several guests enjoying the well-maintained grounds and relaxing environment. Spacious rooms and the overall structure of the property were also appreciated. However, opinions on the restaurant and service were mixed, with some guests noting issues with food quality, portion sizes, and staff attentiveness. Some rooms and facilities were described as outdated, and there were occasional complaints about noise from events and limited amenities for children.
