Cons: Nada
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet
Cons: Needed update
4.8 Okay
Pros: The bathroom, location, and the airport shuttle.
Cons: Several of their staff were not professional and rude (to be fair, some were good). The fire alarm kept going off and kept waking me up in the middle of the night because somebody was smoking in another room.
6.0 Good
Cons: Noise in lobby from event in hotel was too loud. Made hearing staff at check in difficult.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The atmosphere and the staff were really helpful and really friendly throughout our stay, they made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. The interactive text help service is. A really good idea and helps when you have those little questions you need an answer too.
Cons: I didn't like that the bath wasn't clean, there were hairs in it and dirty marks on the sides of the bath.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: I need back my $
Cons: Back $ pls
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is close to the airport and is therefore positioned for a last-day stay in the UK. As others have mentioned, the hotel is distinctive and, within the parameters of a franchise hotel, classy. After days of staying in serviceable but well-worn B&Bs, this was a real treat. A tip on transfers to/from Heathrow: while the Hotel Hoppa serves the Ren. Blu,, so do public busses, which are, at that point, free (the Hoppa is not). The London busses depart from the central bus facility at Heathrow, ideal for domestic arrivals. The Hoppa can take you to Terminal 2, convenient for US flights. We used this combo and saved a whole lot of walking with luggage.
Cons: Like many hotels of its size, the Ren. Blu. schedules large events (there were two huge wedding receptions while we were there). If you don't like masses of people in the public spaces around the lobby, you might be furstrated. I have to say, though, that, once upstairs, the revelers were invisible and inaudible.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are good quiet clean value for the money. The restaurants, particularly the bar, could really use improvement. Food not very good.
Cons: Bar food has gone downhill over the last few years. Used to be better.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good

Pros: Excellent large superior room with full bath and king size bed, not two twins put together! free bus 105 or 285 for 4 stops from Heathrow just past McD. recommended
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Had an unexpected layover at LHR. Hotel was convenient to airport. Kind staff, was upgraded to a Club floor room. Room was nice, clean, and comfy.
6.0 Good
Pros: The very friendly and apologetic staff
Cons: Air con did not work. The room temperature all night was 27 degrees. In the morning there was no hot water. One of the boilers had broken. The plug for the kettle did not match the electric socket. The hairdryer is tied to the desk so not able to dry cold wet hair in bathroom. Thd bed was bouncy and pillows unsupportive. We used rolled up bath towels. Overall a dreadful night before a 24 hr flight to Sydney. Surely the Sheraton group has the resources to upgrade this hotel?
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Location and friendly staff
Cons: Cleanliness

9.4 Excellent
Pros: Great location with free transportation on city busses. Rooms are small but clean and efficient, more than adequate for an overnight stay. Beds very comfortable. Restaurant has a simple menu but good beverages. No comments on breakfast as we had to catch an early flight.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Reception staff very welcoming and helpful Excellent location
8.0 Excellent
Pros: EZ Eats at the hotel restaurant.
Cons: ALittle noisy on the first floor.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Easy access to LHR and car rental companies. Hotel is relatively new and all facilities are modern and clean. The included breakfast was excellent.
Cons: The room was tiny; two people with two suitcases and we couldn't move in the room!
9.1 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very welcoming on our arrival. Managed to give us 2 rooms at the end of a corridor which worked very well for our party with 2 young children. Excellent location for Heathrow.
Cons: Building is being renovated so rather unattractive first impression. This should be short term problem only.
6.8 Good
Pros: Rooms were cleaned promptly and the room was expected.
Cons: The bed was super hard and uncomfortable. The food was mediocre, breakfast was basic.
6.0 Good
Pros: Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, USB and wall plugs
Cons: Toilet didn't flush properly, weird decor, no signage on where to wait for Hotel Hoppa Bus to terminal, was not given instructions to tell Hotel Hoppa Bus to drop us off at IBIS Styles and NOT IBIS Hotel. We walked 20 minutes from IBIS (red sign) to IBIS Styles (green sign, stop comes first).
7.7 Good
Pros: The hotel met all our needs for a airport layover one night stop to rest before catching another flight. Certainly not a destination spot. All was fine and price reasonable.
Cons: All was ok
8.2 Excellent
Pros: There is a free shuttle from the airport that stops at a pub just five minutes walk away. It was not well promoted. The hotel is just ten minutes from Terminal 5.
Cons: The English breakfast is not included (ie. eggs, sausage etc.). but costs five pounds. However, the continental breakfast is adequate with hard boiled eggs, ham and cheese.
7.4 Good

Pros: Close to Airport and Free Airport bus.
Cons: Very plain.

1.0 Poor
Cons: Too far from anything you had actually want to do or see in London. Room design was awkward especially the shower. Walls too thin and could hear everything from hallways and other rooms. Entry to hotel not accessible, have to walk all the way around.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is clean, staff is very friendly, excellent out of the way location that is not far from the airport and convenient to city and local stuff :) Cant wait for our next visit
Cons: The food at the restaurant was a bit too mixed to be comfortable eating. I like the concept and it isn't bad, but when you start out...just go simple
9.0 Excellent
Pros: the view from top floor and the floor plan
Cons: expensive shuttle to the airport 18 Pound and to London central 38 Pound.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location, staff and cleanliness
Cons: Yes. We encountered several electricity cutoff issues throughout the entire stay which was super absurd considering it's a hotel. And the food service isn't that great either.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel. Everything seemed newly remodeled. Rooms were spacious and clean. Restaurant food and service was very good. Internet connection was good. I liked that your room key would only allow you to go to your floor or the lobby on the elevator.
Cons: The only surprise I had was the location. It was in a predominent Indian neighborhood. Which isn't a problem for me, but still was a surprise. We spent lots of time walking through the area and never felt we were unsafe. Area around the hotel wasn't clean
5.0 Okay
Pros: rooms were nice and spacious
Cons: restaurant service was very slow, quality if foood was poor, the hotel's printer was not working, front desk would not call taxi, only another service who did not take credit cards.... 25-45 minutes from Heathrow, AM traffic, there are closer options
6.0 Good
Pros: Excellent location close to London Heathrow airport, close to supermarket, food and gas station.
Cons: We arrived at 4pm and the room was not ready. They said 5 minutes, after 1/2 hour it was still not ready and another employee put us in an upgraded room which was excellent. The hotel advertised free breakfast, turned out breakfast was 11 UK pounds each,
1.0 Poor
Cons: 1-location is in the middle of nowhere across from a pet store, there are no restaurants close by. 2- the fact that the hotel decided to charge my credit card without my approval for one night, and I have already paid it since March.
7.0 Good
Pros: the cleanliness stood out and everything seemed brand new and barely used
Cons: staff were very unhelpful and didn't seem to know how things worked.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: hotel staff excellent very near to Airport Security was excellent price was unbeatable
Cons: yes it was continental brkfast not full
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Dinner and Breakfast, Close proximity to Heathrow.Friendly Staff.
Cons: Hotel located next to Recycling Center. Recycling center was burning materials in open.
6.0 Good
Pros: Very clean.
Cons: It should have been clearer from the outset that it would cost 15 pounds to get there from Heathrow and 15 pounds to return. I was under the impression it was an airport hotel. There should be a shuttle service.

4.5 Okay
Pros: proximity to airport
Cons: restaurant staff was rude
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly and efficient. We had an overnight and then an afternoon flight so we decided to venture out to Windsor Castle. Paige was very helpful and cheerful about storing our bags and giving us directions.
Cons: The room was fine but wifi would have been nice for checking into flights, etc. Definitely an aging facility but if you can get a cheap rate, it does the job. The water was scalding hot almost instantly, so if you're travelling with children, be very careful!
8.2 Excellent
Cons: I did not like that WiFi was not available to guests.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Location: It's a free public bus ride from Heathrow on several bus routes (e.g., 285, 105, 111). Harlington Corner is the closest stop, but there are a few other bus stops (depending on which line you take) that are within 300 m. Ask at the front desk for the full list of buses that are free from the hotel to the airport (or read the route signs on the poles at the Heathrow Central bus stop). The 285 goes 24/7 and there's also a night bus that goes from Heathrow to the hotel for the later hours. That being said, there are many hotels that are within a short free bus ride from the airport. The cons definitely outweighed this pro and I wouldn't stay here again!
Cons: Service: They messed up our reservation and not even the manager could figure out how to fix it within their computer system. I checked in late at night (a little after 11 pm) and had to wait there for about 45 minutes until they could book a proper room for me. I kindly asked if they could give me a room to go to while they figure out how to complete the booking in their system (it was late and I was exhausted after travel), and the On Duty Manager snapped at me and told me to just be patient. Cleanliness: The bathtub drain was clogged and there was hair all over the tub! Appearance: The hotel is aging and hasn't been maintained very well.
7.7 Good
Pros: Proximity to Heathrow
Cons: Room too small
4.5 Okay
Pros: basic.
Cons: gold memeber, got smallest room possible+ most remote from elevator and stairs. it seems like they really made an effort to do as minimum as possible to have me as a returning customer
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Descent hotel close to the airport.
Cons: Reception messed up our reservation and gave us a single room instead of a double.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Free local buses to Heathrow.
Cons: Wireless didn't work in room (networks not available).
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were superb. Location is ideal - it is an airport hotel!
5.6 Okay
Pros: The room was nice & clean. Quiet area considering it was near the airport.
Cons: The Shower knob was too complicated to use, took me 5mins to figure it out. The toilet flush handle was broken & hard to use. Felt uncomfortable to use the toilet.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great, even the restaurant and staff
Cons: The fire alarm going off at 7am waking everyone up when we had to fly in a couple hrs and having to meet outside in the cold and then having no one tell us anything. We just stood there for 30 min then the alarm turned off and people started walking back in. So no communication would be a biggy.
5.7 Okay
Pros: Location, price & ease of check-in
Cons: The bed linens were washed or treated in a toxic substance which made it difficult to breathe hence difficult to sleep. Front desk staff were clueless and had no options of allergy-free linens.
