Pros:This was a great little spot in a good location, and priced nicely for something not on the water.
Cons:Lots of the offered amenities weren't available because it was September, which was a bummer. We didn't know about that until we got there, as it's not indicated on the website.

Cons:TV was old and hard to control. Toilet seat had a bolt missing. Dirty windows and grimy balcony.

Pros:The best parts were free off-street parking, excellent location within walking distance to the main strip and beach/boardwalk, and a great breakfast included at a neighboring hotel. Having a pool was also very nice. Staff was great and very friendly. If you're coming to Rehoboth to enjoy the beach and shops/restaurants, this is a great place to stay. Don't stay here if you're looking for a hotel that has all the amenities that you can live in luxury for your whole trip.
Cons:The beds were not the newest but not altogether uncomfortable. The biggest con was the shower - the water temperature fluctuated constantly and became scalding.

Pros:The entire hotel has been updated recently and it's in the perfect location so that you can park your car in the free on-site garage and simply walk everywhere else you want to go in the area!
Cons:Traffic getting there was trying, but that is in no part the fault of the hotel!

Cons:I did not like the fact that I gave ample notice to cancel our reservations due to my daughter being admitted to the hospital. I did not get my full refund. Very disappointing! I will never book from this ever again and I am going to share this experience with friends and family. My name is Damita Carl I was to check in on August 24 for the week.
