Little things missing like coffee or water cups in the room, bathrobe (one of two supplied). Coffee urn empty in lobby. Both problems quickly remedied by staff. Sangria provided in lobby cocktail hour way too sweet.

Pros (+) There was nothing to like. After trying 3 different rooms, I couldn't stay. The rooms are dirty. The furniture shows water damage and is growing mold. The carpet is full of stains
Cons (-) Literally, everything could have been better. This place is a health hazard.

Pros (+) The rooms were clean and A/C worked great. Great location within walking distance of beach, boardwalk, and down town shops
Cons (-) Pool was dirty and overly chlorinated. Hallways very hot and elevator was out of service several times during our 5 day trip.
