Didim hotels

Didim is a great family destination. As well as the beach, it’s got a waterpark, luna park, golf, outdoor sports and lots of kid-friendly restaurants. Many of the resorts cater specifically for families. You could try the all-inclusive Aurum Moon Resort with its waterslides, games rooms, child pool and fitness centre, as well as lots of services like sauna and spa for parents too. The Letoon Hotel & Spa has a private beach, an outdoor pool and a fitness centre, as well as being close to bars and restaurants.

There aren’t very many adult-only hotels in Didim, but there is still a lot of choice for a romantic break. The higher-end hotels that have their own spa are usually a good idea, such as Aquasis De Luxe Resort and Spa, which is on the beach but also has its own large pools, spacious rooms, amazing views and – if you can get one – swim-up lake rooms. The food is said to be great too. Garden Of Sun Hotel also has its own sauna and pools, as well as a fitness centre and direct access to the beach, although set a little further back in the historical quarter.

Yes, there’s quite a good choice when it comes to budget hotels. The Sea Bird Hotel is close to the sea and a more budget choice than some of the bigger resorts. It has its own pool and terrace and has great views from the sea side of the building. It’s a five-minute drive to the waterpark from here. The Altinersan Hotel is also a good budget choice. Just a couple of streets from the beach, it’s in the heart of Didim and has its own pools, terraces and rooms with balconies.

Yes, you can stay a little further from the town and access quieter beaches, as well as finding the area quieter overall. For example, the Venosa Beach Resort And Spa is in a more secluded area along the coast but still on the beach and has great views and pool areas. If you’d like to stay away from the beach completely and much closer to the ruins of the Temple of Apollo, then you could try the Medusa House Boutique Hotel. You’ll need transport to get to the centre and the beach, but it’s a lovely old building with gardens and lots of character.
