Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was great. The beach was beautiful.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: anything and everything, property was immaculate-ppl quick to assist at the drop of a hat. Beyond accommodating.
Cons: loved everything.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Service quality and friendliness overall was top notch. You do not have to move a hand here. Hotel is nice and reasonably new. Everything really bows to your desires here. Fantastic experience, we would definitely come again.
Cons: There is just one criticism: The food could be of better quality and larger selection. It is not bad! But when I go around half the world I would love to eat some local foods that have been sourced somewhere in the region an that locals actually eat and have been preparing for generations. What I would like is Carribean food that actually fits the climate. Not salmon. Also breakfast is just okay.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was exceptional! They made everyone feel like they were their top priority!
Cons: Love the lounge chairs. You don’t know how much to appreciate until you see other resort accommodations!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Quiet beach Easy to secure lounge chairs for free, no additional upcharge Happy hours Friendly staff
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was amazing! Property is beautiful! Beds def comfy! Easy to get around because in great location!
Cons: The only 1 thing is in the morning 8-9 staff was a lil loud with cleaning cart and talking. But it was fine
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Can't beat the accomodations and amenities at this beach front property on Eagle Beach Aruba. The restaurant, "Elements," offers all day dining with breakfast included in room rate. Gourmet dining overlooking the ocean and sand with perfect view of sunset.
Cons: HVAC was drafty on beds and could wake you with a chill. Other than that Bucuti and Tara are near perfect although denting vacation budgets regularly.
Excellent 8.5
My girlfriend arranged for me to have our anniversary dinner on the beach, in one of the lodges of this Resort, at sunset. The reception was formidable, worthy of a resort with flakes. We were served with great professionalism and the food was very tasty. I highly recommend it, both for a romantic moment and for enjoying a magnificent dinner in a particular location (these splendid little houses) with the spectacle of a colorful sunset. Thank you so much!

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Nice small hotel with an amazing patio with pool and a lot of plants. Big clean room with a confy bed and a shower with hot water.
Cons: Without a car you have to walk 10-15min to the center of Ornjestad. My flight back was at 8 pm and after the day at the beach I wanted to shower. The only possibility was the shower at the pool.

Excellent 10.0
After having enjoyed this wonderful hotel for 10 days we have to say goodbye with pain in our hearts to return home. We felt very welcome here. In particular, we enjoyed the beautiful green courtyard where you can relax in / by the pool or in a hammock. The lovingly made extensive breakfast is also served here. Oranjestad city center is within walking distance, but to visit the beaches you can use a rental car, a bus from the center or use the drop-off service that the hotel offers. This hotel is recommended if you are looking for a quiet place on Aruba that is close to the fun.
Excellent 10.0
From my first experience with Gaston, my friendly have, I knew I picked a winner. He has changed a huge, private domestic into an eight room lodging, total with the leading of the old and the modern. I just like the clean lines of his stylistic layout and the terrazzo floor that remains from the house. Consideration to detail is clear, as appeared by the Moroccan touches and lovely arranging. Bounty of disengaged spots are accessible, in case you select. A delicious breakfast was set out each morning over looking the pool, and he was continuously thoughtful to offer rides when required. Wonders is within strolling separate of downtown Oranjestad , as well as the transport station, where it is simple to urge to shorelines and a few of the huge inns. Covered umbrellas and chairs are accessible to lease on the Shorelines. Needless to say, I cant hold up to return.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Off beaten path but overall great place very helpful staff. And bereakfsst

Excellent 10.0
Pros: beach staff room
Cons: pillows on poolside dining need more of them
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean, comfortable, beautiful, friendly staff, amazing food
Cons: It was all great to be honest
Excellent 9.0
Pros: A very good experience. Prior to our arrival, they sent us an email from the hotel to ask if we needed something specific in our stay. Thanks to this we were able to obtain a large list of activities to do, schedule them directly through the hotel, and book massages at the spa. Due to our mistake we did not book the night of our arrival, and although the original room was not available for that night, they helped us by giving us another room with a sea view for the whole week, so we did not have to change room. Check in was quick and simple. The room was very comfortable and with good air conditioning. Very good and fast wifi! The hotel's beach is one of the most beautiful on the island, with plenty of place to rest, play with a ball, and enjoy the sea. They also have a COVID Testing facility. The food (dinners and lunches) of the hotel always met expectations, very tasty. The people who work at the hotel are always very friendly and ready to help. Booking the massages was totally worth it. We tried 3 different massages in our stay. At the time of our check out they gave us a goodie bag with homemade cookies and snacks, a very nice gesture, and the cookies were delicious!
Cons: The only minor inconvenience we had was with breakfast, 2 times. The first because although we asked for the soft egg but without water, and it came with a lot of water. We then asked to change it for a "medium" egg, but it came fully cooked. Advice, be very specific with how you want your eggs for breakfast, since perceptions are different depending on where you are. The second time we had a problem was with the bacon, that was very salty and the sausages were dry. It would also improve the hair dryer in the room, which did not dry almost anything and emitted a horrible noise. We do not take all inclusive, but I think it is worth considering the prices of food and drinks.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: If you want to just relax, enjoy the beach, sea and feast on good food and tasty beverages than this is the place for you. The resort is right at Mancebo beach, so you will almost walk out on the beach. The towel/chair service is fantastic as well as the food and drink delivery on the beach. The quality of the food and drinks are also top notch. The rooms are equally comfortable. There is also a spa Overall, a great place to stay.
Cons: There is very little that we did not like. The only thing that could certainly be improved is the quality of the coffee, this was slightly under par compared to the rest of the foods and drinks that are available at the resort.
Good 7.0
Pros: Great location
Cons: Very slow service at all dining areas
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location, staff, food, service, all of it was fantastic! Everyone was super friendly and always helpful!
Cons: Would love to see the Pega Pega bar stay open late for viewing sports games
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Awesome place and amazing staff.
Excellent 10.0
If one does not yet know paradise, take a vacation at Manchebo Resort & Spa. I recommend half board, there are three restaurants, meat / fish, sushi and Bistro. One better than the other, you eat very well, they are expensive but with half board everything is included except drinking. The beach is a wonderful corner of the Caribbean, coral sand, palm trees and a sea. From here you can make beautiful walks on the shoreline both towards the city center and on the contrary. I recommend it to those seeking tranquility. The Manchebo was fantastic from every point of view: we felt pampered but not overwhelmed by the climate of activities that are usually offered in the villages. It is a resort for all purposes in terms of peace and holiday climate. Room very clean but not gorgeous, right on the beach. All the staff, both at the reception and in the various restaurants, he has always reserved a smile and a lot of availability. We rented the Jeep for a day and would highly recommend it to explore even more beyond the resort's beach.
Excellent 10.0
We visited Aruba for the first time, and it is definitely one of the most beautiful locations in the world. However, nothing compares to the incredible hospitality and service this resort provides to their guests. They truly go above and beyond with their customer service, and do it effortlessly. The location is by far one of the most beautiful beaches of the whole island, very spacious, good food/drink service and not super crowded. All of the restaurants have incredible food, the servers are wonderful, kind, and welcoming. The rooms are clean, updated, and have beautiful ocean views. We are avid travelers and have been all around the world, and this resort has something truly special. In fact, we thought we would have to leave the day after we arrived due to a family emergency, and once we notified them, without question, they refunded our entire stay even though we had already stayed one night. It turned out that we were able to stay for the rest of our trip, and am so glad we chose Manchebo. If you are looking for a retreat for relaxation, great food, great service, and the best view, you will not go wrong here.
Excellent 10.0
We stayed at the Marriott surf club the first time and rented a villa the second time. These were the right choices with family and we would certainly make these choices again when traveling with family. This visit was just with my wife. Manchebo is geared for couples. It's a small resort that sits on a massive chunk of pristine beach. It only has two floors. We had an ocean view room on the ground floor(room 7). Our room had a small outside patio with a perfect view of the ocean as well as some of the other outside common areas of the hotel. We used the patio extensively for morning coffee and pre dinner drinks. The sunsets were jaw dropping. Overall comments on the hotel. Service 5 Star all the way. From beach service, food service, to concierge, to front desk. Everyone we dealt with were terrific. I can't think of any improvements. Beach scene palapa's readily available at any time of the day. Not crowded at all. Put up your red flag and you could order tasty food and drinks. Loved this! Very clean beach. The ocean was calm for the first part of our trip but the waves were treacherous for 2 days. This is quite unusual for Aruba. On the treacherous days, the surf was calmer about 1/2 mile north but still rough. Pool small and lightly used. Clean. Mostly a backdrop for the outdoor dining and bar areas. No issues getting a chair here if that is your thing but the main event at Manchebo is the beach. Room small but very comfortable, modern, and quiet. Stocked with all the essentials. Fridge, cooler, microwave, safe, makeup mirror, coffee maker etc. Food very solid but not really foodie quality. The very cool vibe and service overcame any shortcomings with the food. Lots of gluten free and healthy choice options. We did not get the all inclusive plan even though we had a number of meals at the resort. If you typically do all inclusive at resorts, then you should consider it here as there food is better then most all inclusive resorts.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Manchebo sits on a large beach with plenty of chairs/huts per the amount of people staying at the resort. I was able to walk up at noon, and pick out a spot on the frontline. It was a decent walk to the water, but nothing terrible. Never used the pool, but it looked great. Best happy hour on the island! 2 for 1 drinks from 4 to 6. Very quite resort.
Cons: They literally ran out of shampoo at the resort. Also, while we had a garden view room, the workers hung out in that area occasionally, leaving us little to no privacy. Thankfully, we didn't mind that too much, as we hardly were in our room for most of the day.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Breakfast was excellent-if one can eat everything offered, for sure can skip lunch and get directly to dinner!. Same for the view from our balcony-the sunset is unbelievable! The nearby beach (100 ft away!) was nice, but we went everyday to a different beach. The staff was super friendly. The price was reasonable compared to other hotels.
Cons: None ... in 7 days!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The entire staff was really nice and sweet. Morning breakfast was light but fulfilling.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Private and perfect
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Loved everything about the property the staff is amazing and the views are some of the best on the island. Greta vibes will definitely be back. Also location is awesome
Cons: There was nothing to dislike. Everything amazing!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Awesome view with close proximity to downtown and great restaurants!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This is an absolute gem. The staff was just amazing, went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We stayed in the larger suite and the view from the privare terrace is probably one of the most stunning we’ve seen in Aruba. The suite was very spacious, extremely clean, very comfortable bed (with black out blinds), perfect air conditioning across all rooms, the kitchenette is also well equipped. Fresh beach towels as often as you need and great toiletries from the local aloe vera beauty company. It’s only a five minute drive from the airport and has easy, free parking right in front of the property. The breakfast was also incredible, rich (and plenty) different every day and served straight to your terrace at your desired time, there’s definitely something for everybody. We wouldn’t even consider staying somewhere else in Aruba.
Cons: nothing, it was perfect!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: When I booked this room there had not been an expectation of breakfast because of COVID but to our pleasant surprise we enjoyed a light breakfast provided each morning. The location is in a sleepier part of the island but that suited our trip better than the craziness of the Palm Beach area. Beach view/access and a few restaurants for dinner close by. The room was perfect. We plan to stay here again.
Cons: We were a little out of it when we arrived and it being our first time to Aruba a little bit more information from the (very accommodating) concierge might have helped us get our island feet quicker. We only discovered the grocery store inland a day before we left and the lovely (cheaper) restaurants off the super touristy path. Still loved this location and now next time we'll know!

Good 7.0
Pros: Area
Cons: Expected more space in the room
Excellent 8.0
Pros: the staffs are amazing.
Cons: nothing really, everything was amazing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The adult only section was extremely noisy. I would not choose that area again. I would stay at the Ocean Suites section.
Cons: Noise and crowd in the lobby as it is next to the bar.
Good 7.0
Pros: The location and the flamingos.
Cons: The price of the hotel was to expensive for what it offered. If it wasn't for the flamingos we would probably not come back.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Extraordinary. Kind people, amazing service, great location, beautiful beach. Absolutely worth it, cannot say a bad word about this place. We would like to return when we have a chance.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location is great, pools and lagoon are nice, private island is great, rooms are big and comfortable, and staff was very friendly. I can't say anything bad about this hotel.
Cons: Maybe if anything the check-in process on Friday and Saturday at 4pm was a mess, and the elevators are small.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was so attentive and friendly. They were constantly checking on us to make sure we had everything they needed. And I was so impressed with how clean everything was and how the staff was constantly cleaning everything.
Cons: NA
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Beautiful hotel, room was amazing, clean and consistently cleaned every day we were there. Staff were accommodating, friendly, and attentive - albeit on island time ;) Beautiful swimming pool area and private island is amazing- a must to experience!!
Cons: Private island is as beautiful as ever, though service was horribly slow/bad on day two in our private cabana on the island. Food order was completely missed and took 5 hours to get a pizza, never got an appetizer we ordered, though drink orders were good
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Accommodations were great. The hotel was also located in a great area so there was other places to see or shop just outside of the hotel. The food was better than expected. The adult side was open and airy, but the family side was also beautiful.
Cons: Some of the staff were abrasive or actually ignored me instead of serving me. I think I was actually profiled, I don’t know if that was Aruban culture or the behavior of Latin American transplants but it was horrible. Work on that!
Good 7.0
Pros: Everything was fine and when I purchase this hotel I made sure this was all inclusive, because I asked for all inclusive hotel and your hotel pop up so I booked it , and come to fined out it wasn't, Very disappointed.
Cons: everything was fine until our lock failed and we had to wait for a while to make sure the battery was change and we lost at least 2 hours waiting
Okay 4.0
Pros: i loved having the opportunity to visit the private island - and see the flamingos.
Cons: - poor quality front desk staff - did not hate consistent message from phone staff - room upgrade cost unreasonable - put in handicapped room for no reason
Okay 4.2
Cons: The room was mecer impecable ! We has to call everyday With a complaint that ir was dirty!
Okay 4.0
Pros: Clean
Cons: Terrible location - no beach!!!!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Friendly staff. Everything accessible & convenient
Cons: n/a
Excellent 8.5
The cozy comfortable rooms with a very relaxing decoration. It has minibar, coffee machine and safe without extra payment. The breakfast is great and varied. Aquarius restaurant is excellent both breakfast lunch and dinner. It can be a la carte or buffett I recommend it because it is very complete from tickets to desserts. The attention since you arrive is sensational Kimberly attended us a very beautiful person very very friendly. And in Aquiarius Gladys Gloria and all friendly helpful attentive attentive to any request. The hotel has a pool with nice view and its beach is on an island 10 minutes away in motorboats that come and go every 15 minutes. The island is divine a paradise we are delighted. There are some cabins inside the sea but they must be separated when making your reservation. They have personal attention from breakfast until the afternoon.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Breakfast buffet at aquarius. Private island offer beach to a waterfront (but not beachfront property)
Cons: Old, aged building, NOT beachfront, staff friendly (sometimes) but not helpful. Property even adult side not fun for singles.
Good 6.0
Pros: Location to food and other amenities.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very clean and roomy
Cons: No
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was very friendly and willing to take care of any need that I had. The rooms were very nice and maintained clean. The property as well was maintained clean at all times. The beds were very comfortable. I felt comfortable calling it my home.
Cons: I would like for the guests to return their unused towels at the pool to be washed when not in use so that the empty chairs can be reused. This is just common manners.
Excellent 10.0
This year many upgrades were added including a beautiful new vibe decor in the LG Smith Steak House, the infinity pool was renovated, and new furniture was added on the private Island. But nothing tops the amazing people at this resort hotel. I had an experience I would like to share to let everyone know how truly amazing the staff is at this hotel. One morning at breakfast I suffered symptoms of what I thought was a stoke. My wife took me to my room and called the front desk. Within minutes Esmeralda, Keanu, and a security guard came to my room. My blood pressure was taken, and immediately they got me into a wheel chair, held my hand, and got me into a cab (as an ambulance was not available) for the hospital emergency room. Luckily it was not a stroke but hyperventilation. I can not tell you how scary it is to become ill on vacation. But I can tell you how wonderful the staff was to me. I spent the entire day at the hospital, when I returned there was a message from Esmeralda to see how I was. The next day Heidi called (manager of LG Smith Steak House), she had been trying all day to reach me, and even called the hospital. Javier insisted on buying my husband and I a drink when I was better. Juanita in reservations was so kind and helped us. The front office trainee, Frederique wrote us a beautiful note and hoped I was feeling better. Berlinda was very supportive and sent fruit to our room. All the waitresses in the AM in Aquarius asked how I was. I can not say enough about how wonderful the people there were and how they went beyond their jobs to make me feel better. I thank all of you. And that is why I love Aruba. Especially the people at the Renaissance.
Excellent 10.0
I stayed at Renaissance Aruba Resort for 5 days with my family, it's our first trip to Aruba. We all agreed that, not only would we return to this beautiful Island, but to this hotel. I usually choose Marriott hotels because of their good quality and this location definitely did not disappoint. The hotel is clean and very comfortable. We also found the food at the hotel to be very good. We all liked the relaxed vibe but it was the service that made this hotel stand out. All staff, from pool to desk to housekeeping, were warm and quick to help whether offering a smile or an unsolicited ice water refill at the pool. Briahen and Melanie at the bar and pool are standouts for wonderful service. They could not have been more helpful. Lyneth in housekeeping was also wonderful. When we left to return home, it felt as if we were leaving good friends. My family agreed that it was the warmth of the people that made this trip a standout. As for the hotel itself, the downtown location is perfect. You have the benefit of a beautiful harbor view in comfortable pool chairs, the ease of walking to shopping and restaurants while also having the benefit of the use of the ocean suites pool and beach as well as the lovely and relaxing private island. We traveled to the area of the other hotels for dinner one night and all thought it was too touristy and crowded. At the Renaissance Aruba Resort you have the best of all worlds, especially with the short boat ride to the island. We are already looking forward to a return trip. Thank you so much.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Staff was very friendly. We received a free upgrade overall experience was great!! Highly recommended!!
Cons: N/A
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Loved the location, type of people vacationing, the boat that leaves from the hotel lobby is one of a kind, the private island is so relaxing and beautiful, the staff is all friendly and eager to help, so glad we picked this resort!
Cons: We had an issue with our room one night and the front desk assisted us with switching rooms.
Excellent 9.4
Cons: Wait staff was slow and not attentive at the bar at the hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: There was nothing I did not like! Love love love the private island!!!!! Very contemporary hotel . Love it!!!
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and attend to your every need.
Good 7.7
Pros: The location is excellent, and access to activities through the city was very simple. Staff is very courteous, rooms were well maintained and clean.
Cons: The pool area had DJ playing so loud that it was hindersome in the room in the afternoon and early evening. Pool is rather small and not enough places to relax during early evening hours. The rooms were pricey for the amenities provided. Staying at the Marriott on the west side of the island offers more amenities, larger room and less cost. But after all, it IS all about location, location, location, and the Rennaissance has it!
Good 7.7
Pros: Great location in the heart of Oranjastad. Easy walk to great restaurants. Very clean. The staff were wonderful, especially Berlinda who helped us with restaurant reservations.
Cons: There is no real beach unless you ferry out to the private island. The island is pretty, but windy. There were no beach chairs available and even more limited if you wanted one in the shade. At the Marina, there is a modest sized pool but no beach chairs available in the mid afternoon. There is music playing all day, so there is no place in the resort for peace and quiet except your room. The room was modest sized, but a bit dated. It was quite expensive.
Good 6.6
Cons: "Island View" does not mean a view of the private island. The front desk told me this means an island view as in Aruba is and island and you can view it.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: The staff was friendly and remembered us during our stay. The room was comfortable and well equipped. There were many activities on premise which kept us busy, and the private island was beautiful. We enjoyed a couples massage and dinner for two package which was excellent.
Cons: The location was right at a shopping mall and plaza with plenty to do, but it was further away from the main hotel area where the nightlife and many of our friends were staying. Taxi trips to meet our friends or go out started to add up over our stay.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: one bedroom suites we’re beautiful and well kept. had everything you would need to cook (although we didn’t lol ) shuttle from room to other parts of resort we’re often timely. breakfast and lunch from the tiki pool bar and grill was definitely the best food on entire resort, and the palm grill restaurant had the best dinner by far and we had a blast cooking and seasoning our own meal. ( FOOD ELSEWHERE WAS NOT BAD JUST MASS PRODUCED RESORT FOOD !!! ) also if you want a chill place to relax and not have to fight for beach chairs BOOK NOW !! was super chill and calm on our side the entire week and we had friends come use the beach because their high rise hotel was SWAMPED! tamarijn 300ft away has performances and activities till 1am and we were glad to take the shuttle back to the quaint divi village after the entertainment.
Cons: biggest complaint is the check-in is at a totally different hotel across the street, and the divi dutch village has absolutely no concierge or front desk staff of its own. (thankfully cab driver was aware) house keeping never replenished soaps or toilet paper . (had to go down and ask) upstairs toilet had issues.. clogged a few times but was fixed promptly. buffet breakfast was sub par and the hours for the only actual dining in our specific part of the resort (tiki pool bar and grill) was only open for food 8:30-3:30 bar till 6, would have enjoyed a later scheduling for sure. only other complaint was the karens and kens staring at a 28 year old biracial couple like we didn’t belong in the suite area and actually telling us it was a private area whilst our all inclusive bands were blatant.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The property was huge. It is nice, especially during covid, there are multiple pools on the property and the beachfront allows guests to be spread out. The villa has a full kitchen so if you do not get the all inclusive, cooking is still an option. A super market is 5 min walk from the property. The property is large enough that if you do not feel like walking from one spot to another, you can call operator for a ride.
Cons: The check in for the property was closed so we had to go to the further location. It wasn’t the worst. It was about a 5-10 min walk, or a 3-5 min ride from the golf cart/bellhop carts.
Poor 1.0
Cons: Front desk staff very rude and they charged me to my card twice without authorization, the location is in the middle of nowhere The all-inclusive is only three restaurants, not as they promote that there are 13, there is not even water in the rooms, to get from one place to another is chaos due to the distances between the buildings.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly staff, great views, and the room was amazing!
Excellent 10.0
excellent
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The beach area is awesome, away from the hustle and bustle of the upper Palm Beach and Noord area. The room was clean and the housekeeping we had was great. Dinner was good for the most part, we had the all inclusive but not all restaurants have great food. Good food yes, great not so much.
Cons: We have stayed at other all inclusive resorts and often receive some really terrific treatment as a guest not even a VIP. Let start with the check in. The Divi Dutch doesn't have their own check in lobby so you have to go searching other properties to find out where you have to check in. Despite me asking people walking around in hotel uniform, nobody could tell me with certainty where I needed to check in. Eventually, I found the right property to check in for my hotel. Second, trying to get beach/pool towels on a daily basis became a chore. We had to call maintenance to fix out AC after day 2. Trying to reach the concierge to make dinner reservations was very difficult and eventually I gave up and got in my rental car to drive to other hotel where the dinner reservations are completed. Lastly, one of the restaurants towards the end of our week (GINGER) at the Tamarijn... sat us at our scheduled time, several tables were empty and it looked like the restaurant was at 60% capacity. Yet after immediately getting out drinks ordered, we waited 18 minutes to have the waitress return to take our order. Then we waited another 44 minutes to finally get our meals and my wife and son received beef meals and rice that was actually cold to the touch. the plate was hot but the meat and rice was actually cold. Unacceptable.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Besides some issues, our room, the beaches and were beautiful. The restaurants were amazing, never a bad meal. Beautiful Island, definitely will be back again.
Cons: When we got there we were told we were only allowed on the Dutch side. When I booked with you, I called and asked and the rep told me it included everything on both side, including the Golf side. Not true! Our room had little or no water for almost two days. They fixed it and it started up the next day. The maid kept leaving the sliding doors unlocked. And the ladies room bathroom by the pool had no water for two days.
Excellent 10.0
Throughly enjoyed our stay. Staff were helpful and courteous. The food on site ant at other divi resorts was really good.
Excellent 9.6
We were booked at the Renaissance for last year, but Covid said "no. " The more I looked leading up to this trip, the less I liked the Renaissance. Divi Dutch is away from the city and the airport/ cruise ships
Excellent 10.0
The room was an apartment away from home with all the comforts of home.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Italian restaurant at tamarin is very bad and they didn't have any bottle water in the room
Cons: Paparazzi restaurant in Tamarin
Excellent 10.0
Great location in the quieter low rise section of town. Kitchens in the rooms and a big grocery store within walking distance is very convenient. Steps away from the beach and 3 different pools with friendly staff
Good 6.2
Pros: Hotel was great for the price. Proximity to the beach was a plus. Arrived and received an "upgrade" to golf resort, although that wasn't explained.
Cons: Staff was not friendly, especially compared to what you find elsewhere on the island. Have been visiting for 15 years and this was the first time it felt small requests (where can we find towels) were a bother.

Pros: staff is exceptional
Excellent 10.0
Pros: location, golf
Okay 5.0
Cons: First I donot like your set up that you can not pay cash. I don’t like extra charges. And with COVID I don’t like the fee when I am fill lee Vac. When booking my week it should be all included. $300 extra and not released for five days. You could go to Florida, and Cancun and not have to be tested. I believe in safety but this is a money maker.

Cons: We got a one bedroom suite however, we were put right next to a building that was in construction. I didn’t here any noise at night, but in the morning there were some occasional back up beeping from various work trucks.

Cons: The room was dated . I had a Suite and the pans and pots where missing some of the utensils was missing as well. Room needs to be upgraded..
Excellent 10.0

Excellent 8.0
Pros: The free shuttle buses, the friendly staff, the pool

Cons: So many bugs and mosquitoes right outside our suite door. They kept sneaking into the room.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Beautiful, clean grounds and wonderful resort within easy walking distance to sister resorts and beach.
Cons: Room we were in needed some updating; painting worn areas, fixing some rusted and stained appliances.
Good 7.0
Pros: Great beach across the street lots of sand space and always a palapas available. The 3 pool areas were also very nice. We had a great pool view too. Rain shower was nice.
Cons: The room was a bit dirty we saw ants all the time too. You can see water damage on the bathroom vanity bottom outside near toilet. There was a musty smell when we first walked in the room that did eventually go away. Toilet was too small too.
Good 6.0
Pros: easy walk to pool & beach
Cons: Dated and damaged furniture, dead fly on ceiling, No sun comes into room, chairs around pool are hard to get and most chairs were damaged, Man had heart attack NO IED available (He died at pool) Staff had no idea of what to do in an emergency.
Excellent 10.0
I had a great experience at this resort. Better than expected. The resort is extremely clean and very enjoyable. Divi beach was just 2 minutes’ walk. It has pretty fantastic pools including an infinity pool, a slide and a bar in the pool area you could swim to. I had a lovely room with a view towards the beach and the pool area next to restaurant away. The facilities were excellent. The hotel staff was also always wonderful and willing to help us with whatever we needed. I had an amazing service and the food was spectacular. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.
Excellent 10.0
We had a wonderful time at the Divi Divi Golf & Beach Resort. We stayed in Birdie V overlooking the golf course. This area is lovely and quiet, a short walk to the pool, beach and restaurants. Our suite was spacious, with a separate master bedroom with attached small master bath, personal safe, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room area, another larger bathroom with walk-in shower, washer/dryer and deck. The suite was clean, stocked with dishes, cooking tools, bath towels. We traveled with friends and had three adjoining rooms. When we first arrived and opened the door, the rooms had a distinct musty odor. Another couple asked for air freshener after a few days and this seemed to help with the odor. Every morning we had breakfast on the outside balcony and enjoyed the beautiful view of the golf course and watching the iguanas and pelicans near the water. We elected to have towels service only, (sometimes they left 2 towels, maybe hand towels, maybe face clothes, a couple of days we even got a bath mat, but never consistently or a full set of towels.) On Wednesday, housekeeping replaced the bed linens and cleaned the suite. The grounds are well kept and the pools are very clean. We ate at Mulligans and Sea breeze (buffet) and enjoyed both. It is a short walk to the beach (by crossing the road). The beach is spectacular, has plenty of lounge chairs and little huts for shade. Some in our group golfed the 9-hole golf course and had a great time. There is a shuttle service that takes you around the complex. We took this shuttle to the casino stop and walked to Ling's grocery store. Lings has a great selection of everything. Take the complimentary bags with you to Lings (from the concierge desk or from the airport when you land) it makes carrying the groceries back much easier. The concierges were helpful in answering our questions and booked a couple of outings for us. We had a wonderful relaxing vacation here and I definitely recommend it. I would love to go
Good 6.0
Pros: We knew the grounds and surrounding areas. Pool was nice, but dirty every day from the wind blown trees.
Cons: Our room was on the ground level, lots of bugs. We asked to switch rooms. Told there were none so they gave us bug spray. Our front door stopped working, twice. Front desk didn't offer anything for our troubles. On the last day we were going to sitwch to a different room and was told to be there at 12:45pm, room wasn't ready, very frustrating.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I can't think of anything I did not like.
Good 6.2
Pros: 1-bedroom unit and amenities were more than adequate and clean.
Cons: Infinity pool needs some maintenance. Tiles along side are falling off. Contaminated water at the end of our stay make a lot of people sick and staff was not forthright in dealing with it. As of this writing, they're still handing out bottled water. Not sure they handled this emergency well at all! Too bad.....
Excellent 8.6
Cons: Environment taxes that I did not find out about until the day of my checkout. I don't have a problem with paying taxes, I just don't like one's that I don't know about.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: I stayed over night to wait for friends
Cons: It was a cozy friendly place to stay. Cocient to restaurant with good food.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Subjey was SO amazing! She made me feel right at home. I was originally supposed to only stay one night but ended up extending for an entire week. She even took me to Mangel Halto and Baby Beach (must see while you’re in Aruba). The units are super clean and conveniently located- very close to the downtown area and bus station. Subjey will make your stay totally worthwhile! I guarantee it.
Cons: Nothing! I enjoyed my stay here more than my stay at the Renaissance to be honest.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great location, walking distance to all the places around Oranjestad and also to the bus station where you can take a bus to any other part of the island. 20 mins walking to a very nice beach. Hostel is very clean, rooms are neat and spacious with comfortable beds. Small pool is great if you want to refresh during the day. Staff is very nice and helpful, well equipped kitchen
Okay 5.2
Most stores are closed in city center. It’s not worthy to stay here. There is no hot water while showing. Little ants in bed. Ants in kitchen. I would expect a cleaner place to stay at this price. Swimming pool and back yard look nice but you would not wanna use it. There are one house cat and 2 street cats. Nice people though. We use translater to communicate.
Mediocre 3.7
Cons: I ended up just paying for an Airbnb in addition to this place because I had a guest arrive and the staff was so hostile that I chose to go to a place with a better location and nicer facilities even though it would mean paying for rooms twice. Even though there was rooms to upgrade to they didn’t bother to offer them to me and I decided I would go elsewhere.

Good 7.0
Pros: Everything was excellent. Except for the pool area during nighttime
Cons: The area where the pool is has no light. It was too dark. That was the only discomfort I had. If there were lights, the place would have been excellent
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The aesthetic, location, convenience to everything, the fully equipped kitchen, and free access to beach chairs at Renaissance Beach
Cons: Pool water cold, only 1 working jacuzzi
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great place.. Lovely Staff, great location and pretty affordable
Cons: Just the music from surrounding bars was pretty annoying.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel in a quieter part of town, with a few eating places across the street, as well as Surfside Beach, where you can rent beach chairs and umbrella. Our hotel provided beach towels and voucher for chairs, and rental of umbrella is only $6. The water is warm once you venture in.
Cons: Was sorry that their on site restaurant and bar was not open. Was given a voucher for breakfast across the street. No ventilation in bathroom after taking showers.
Good 6.0
Pros: the staff
Cons: location and facilities
Excellent 8.0
Pros: We loved the proximity to the airport as we only stayed for one night coming from another hotel stay. The property was clean and so was the room. It had everything one needed for a whole week’s stay (kitchen). Parking was easily accessible from the front of building and staff was super accommodating.
Cons: Unfortunately some of the amenities were not available, maybe due to Covid restrictions(?)
Good 6.0
Pros: simply decorated and clean rooms. nice size rooms
Cons: Loud noises, no catering or breakfast on premises, late check-in. There is an airport nearby that completely deafens the environment. No privacy
Excellent 8.5
Cons: Lobby. No porters

Pros: Snorkeling was great! Loved the ocean views
Cons: Drinks were reeeeeeeeeeeally weak Wife got food poisoning
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Get a first floor room. Open your sliding door and your toes are in the sand. Drinks and food are decent. You will not go Hungry or thirsty. Lots of different options for snacks and food throughout the day. We loved taking long strolls on the beach. It's awesome that you have access to the Divi. Typical routine includes getting a drink at the bunker bar, walk down and sit by the pool to people watch, get a new drink (and maybe some chicken strips), continue the walk down the beach. Nice 10 minute walk to the divi... By that time you are ready for a new drink, grab one at the first bar. Continue the walk to the divi pool and beach area, people watch, lay in the sun, listen to a live band, grab another drink and take a stroll back to the Tam. Lots of activities. Book them early so you won't be directly in the sun. We did a snorkeling/snuba trip (booked at hotel). I would highly highly recommend. We did the ATV tours and it is by far the best way to see the island. We went to the natural pools, natural bridge, an old gold refinery, and a really neat rock formation. We went downtown. And it really only took us a few hours to get a good experience. We took a cab, which was fine... But we regret not using one of the hotels bikes to ride down. We aren't horribly athletic so we didn't want to commit to a bike ride downtown in a different country. However, we drove along a really nice, flat, bike path leading directly downtown... Wished right away we did the bikes. The Spa was awesome! We did massages and a body wrap.. So relaxed. Do not bring pants... You will not wear them. Bring some nicer shorts for dinner and you will be fine. Girls, sundresses and bathing suits... No need to get too fancy. always bring extra sunscreen, expensive to buy on the island.
Cons: We had to leave. Palm grill was our least favorite restaurant... But fun and worth doing once.

Angelique was awesome, gave us a local restaurant tip and the food was excellent. The water and dock with seating are right across the street. The room was totally renovated all new everything. Would stay again when on Aruba.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: It’s super clean and staff is super friendly
Cons: The bar was closed due to COVID
Excellent 8.0
Cons: The breakfast wasn't served as i inspected..... my inspectation were that they served between 7-10am. My first day i was suprised that the lady knock on my door and remind me that we have breakfast included (two thumbs up) (around 10.30am), but the next day i was early waiting for breakfast untill i checkout at 11am and no breakfast.
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: We stayed for 4 days. The next morning after we checked in i went to the office and asked if they come to clean up our room. They said, nò we have a special so no. I thought a special?? So i leave. The next day i went again to office and saw another lady i asked her if they can come to clean our room. Cause we are 2 people , the bathroom do not have door do not have a mat on the floor so it becomes dirthy and need to be cleaned everyday. I told her if i need to pay I will do it then, she said no she will do her best to let them do that. I leave the hotel for attraction and when i returned i saw they cleaned our room, but leaves only on towel, without floor mat etc. So i think they need to use a checklist or controlling the rooms after cleaning. The curtains where visible, so the guests can pass in the hallways and see in our room when we are in bathrooms. So there is things to make better.
Good 6.0
Pros: Great team, friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: the only thing I missed during my stay was housekeeping not coming to clean my room not even to take the waste bin.
Good 6.2
Pros: 2nd time I’ve stayed here. It’s cheap and close to my timeshare that has a Sunday check in. I fly in on Saturday and stay here to get an extra vacation day. Bare basics room.

Small hotel, we stayed there for one night (we had a connection to the United States the next day). The staff were amazing, they offered to pick us up at the airport and they did it on time, after a small 5-10 min travel you arrive at the place that it's more like a big house that they modified to be a hotel. They have a nice pool and the room have a comfortable bed that is all that we wanted. They are located near the city center so you can find lots of stores and restaurants. I want to thank the owner for the free snacks and coffee the day we arrived. We got the smaller room in the hotel, just space for a bed and a small bathroom, I hardly believe this could be a two-people room.
