location and staff are perfect, breakfast - 8 out of 10, rooms - are not well cleaned, everywhere hair of previous guests and dust
sink in the room and after taking shower you have to go out directly to room, no any privacy. to stay one guest per room -its ok, for more - not! very strange architectural solution, as there is lot of space to make closed separate room.
The location was excellent. Parking garage near the hotel.
The level of breakfast varied greatly.
Breakfast was the only thing that they could do little better. It was ok, but not great as about everything else.
Location and only location
Worn out room, bed and sofa with a dirt marks, window with a view to the wall
If you're not traveling by car and don't expect 5-star amenities, this is a well-located OK hotel.
We chose this hotel for the SPA option and the ad even promise that room price includes free access to the SPA. Only after booking the room (non-refundable reservation) arrived message that the SPA and the restaurant are closed. I would call it cheating. Breakfast was a very modest choice. There was a long queue for coffee, as there were only two coffee machines that wanted constant service, but the staff did not do so immediately. Although the hotel was half empty, had trouble finding a free table. Arriving by car is problematic as you are not allowed to drive in front of the hotel (this is Parliament's security zone). The car must be left in the paid parking lot on the parallel street and come to the hotel from the back door through the courtyards. This is difficult to understand for the first time. Parking costs 15 € a day only if you leave the car for the whole day, if you want to use the car in the meantime, parking costs 3 € an hour.
