Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions. The staff received many compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness, especially at the front desk. However, several guests found the rooms to be small, outdated, or not matching the descriptions, and some noted issues with cleanliness and maintenance. Breakfast was frequently mentioned as disappointing or limited in variety, and noise from the street or trams was a concern for some. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects of location and service stood out in most reviews.

Okay
Plamena, Sept 2017
Pros (+) Best location
Cons (-) It was very noisy. It is said that the hotel has soundproof rooms with air condition but it turned out that it was not at all soundproof and all single rooms have no air conditioning. According to the receptionist not all rooms in the hotel have AC so it was very hot in the room as well.
