Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently complained about the hotel's difficult and inconvenient location, with many mentioning the steep climb, lack of car access, and challenges for elderly or disabled guests. Cleanliness was also a concern for some, with reports of dirty rooms and old furnishings. However, many guests praised the staff for their helpfulness and professionalism, and several enjoyed the beautiful views and pleasant atmosphere. The hotel is recommended for those who value scenic views and good service, but may not be suitable for everyone due to accessibility issues.
