For that price point, why is there not a complimentary continental breakfast?
At check in, we were told our room was reserved for the following day which was not true as I had my reservation confirmation to show as proof. We we reserved two double beds but got a king room instead. Next day our room was never cleaned, heater will keep you up all night, room service had no clue on what they carry! Seemed one staff member seemed to care...will never stay here again. You get what you pay for.
Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and laid out well so it made my stay very comfortable. I spent the evening in due to the fact I was so comfortable.
Not one to criticize. I enjoyed my stay.
A functioning shower should be included
Adrienne, the waitress, was awesome. She was outgoing, warm and friendly.
The bath would not drain and the water would only switch from bath to shower part way. Half the water was still coming out of the tub spout when switched to the shower position. Mentioned the bath not draining to the cleaning lady as we left and she said "yes I know, maintenance is supposed to fix it". And yet they put us in the room anyway knowing of the issue. Mentioned all of this to the staff at the front desk as we left and I was assured the hotel manager was going to call me on Friday. It's now Wednesday of the following week and no phone call.

It was a very clean, well kept hotel.
But the fire alarm went off at 6:30 am and we stood outside for an hour before being allowed to go back inside. No compensation was given for this major inconvenience.

This was our 3rd stay at this hotel. Hotel experiences typically reflects it's local leadership. Each time we return because the hotel personnel are so courteous and professional. Never experienced an untoward event.
