Many guests complained about poor cleanliness, unhelpful staff, and maintenance issues such as broken elevators, malfunctioning amenities, and lack of basic supplies. However, several reviews highlighted comfortable beds, a convenient location near shopping or highways, and positive experiences with renovated rooms and some staff members. The pool and parking were mentioned as neutral or mixed aspects, with some guests enjoying them while others found issues.
