Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and enjoyable breakfast offerings. Many appreciated the entertainment and pool area, as well as the comfortable rooms. However, several reviews noted issues with cleanliness, particularly in bathrooms and towels, and expressed disappointment with the restaurant food quality and service. The lack of a true beach was also a recurring concern.
