The rooms are very nice, I had a king suite that smelled.like cigarette smoke even though it was a no smoking room. This is an issue as I have a bad reaction to smoke. Other wise I love the hotel.

Staff was very friendly! Clean hotel!
Pros (+) The beds were comfortable. There were adequate towels.
Cons (-) There was little soap, shampoo, conditioner provided. The carpeting needed a better vacuuming especially in the corners or to be cleaned/replaced.
Pros (+) Overall the stay was nice and we had very little to worry about. To be honest we weren't at the hotel much, but the room and gym were both very clean.
Cons (-) Just about everytime we went to the front desk there was no one to be found to help us. We would hear them in the back laughing even after ringing the bell. Once someone would come up to help us, I felt like we were inconveniencing them and didn't feel comfortable asking what I'd wanted or they'd look at my like I had two heads.
