Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel’s friendly and accommodating staff, as well as the convenient location close to restaurants, shopping, and main roads. Several reviewers also noted clean and well-maintained rooms. However, there were repeated complaints about cleanliness issues in some rooms, such as dirty linens, bathrooms, and unpleasant odors. Some guests mentioned noise problems, outdated facilities, and lack of amenities. Overall, while the service and location were often highlighted positively, cleanliness and maintenance were inconsistent.AI-generated from customer reviews
