Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near restaurants, shopping, and public transport, as well as the comfort of the beds. However, several reviewers reported negative experiences with the service, including issues with reservations, refunds, and staff communication. Cleanliness was also a concern for some guests, with mentions of dirty rooms and lack of proper housekeeping.
