Guests frequently complimented the hotel's convenient location, with many finding it ideal for their needs and plans. Some guests appreciated the breakfast offerings and the friendliness of certain staff members. However, several reviews highlighted issues such as ongoing renovations, cleanliness concerns, rude or unhelpful staff, and dissatisfaction with the cost and management of parking. While some rooms were described as spacious and comfortable, others noted maintenance issues and inconsistent housekeeping. Overall, the location and some amenities were well received, but service and facility management drew criticism.AI-generated from customer reviews
