Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests praised the hotel's convenient location and enjoyed the pool area, with several mentioning its proximity to attractions and ease of access. The pool was highlighted as a fun and relaxing spot, especially for families. However, opinions on cleanliness and service were mixed, with some guests reporting issues such as unclean rooms, maintenance problems, and inconsistent staff attitudes. Parking was a notable negative, with frequent complaints about high costs, limited spaces, and difficult access. Overall, while the location and pool stood out positively, improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and parking.AI-generated from customer reviews
