Pros (+) Dirt cheap, great location. If you can afford to not stay here, do so!
Cons (-) The neighbors are often druggies who roll smoke into your room through the Attic, tons of people coming and going. Not safe for children you care about.

Cons (-) old tv, no blankets on the bed (had to wear sweat clothes), no carpet.
