Pros (+) I wrote a negative review about my room being frigid cold when I checked in. On my check out day I ran into the manager and he was exceptional in his apologies and offers to show his regrets about my experience. Truly a professional and a man who takes his job very seriously. Refresh Inn is lucky to have him!
