Pros (+) Staff (especially Alicia) was nice. Location was convenient.
Cons (-) In the first room I was given, the toilet didn't work and it was generally run down. Thankfully, Alicia gave me another room which was an overall improvement. She mentioned that the bathrooms were going to be updated soon which is well-needed. The front desk staff also did not allow me to check my bags with them for a few hours in order to conduct some business off site. This is the first time I h...
